Milestones

My road in life took a while to figure out.
Making partner was a huge milestone.
Becoming Office Managing Partner was quite an accomplishment.
Being part of a significant global audit win, and that amazing global team I was part of stands out.
Taking part in the Harvard Leadership Program was the most impactful learning event of my career and taught me the right balance of leadership and client service.

Day to Day

Clients come first, so as the Senior Advisory Partner on two large accounts, I spend much of my time focused on my clients’ needs. I’m also focused on the needs of the 200 partners that I lead. I ask myself how do I make sure they have the what they need and how am I supporting them in their day-to-day? I approach this role each day with a servant-leader mentality.

Advice for Getting Started

Here's the first step for college students

I’d say try to shadow someone in the field and understand all the interactions they have with people internally and externally. This is absolutely critical – you have to drive the car before you buy it. This way, you get to see the culture and decide whether it’s a good fit for you.

"I heard the accounting profession would be a desk job and crunching numbers all day, but this job has provided me so many great opportunities to travel around the world and to meet amazing people."
