How I responded:
I got inspiration from the book "Quiet, in a world that can't stop talking" by Susan Cain. The book discusses the experiences and research as it pertains to people who are classified as introverts.
Experiences and challenges that shaped me
Over the years I've learned to work around people's assumptions and stereotypes as they pertain to women of color in corporate America. It can be frustrating, exhausting and down right maddening but Important to not give up.
