Milestones

My road in life has been direct.
I took a job for a small staffing company just randomly and that set the path for me.
I left and went to a larger staffing company. I learned more and had more responsibilities.
I transitioned into a corporate recruiting position.
I spent time learning more around broader Human Resources while becoming a better recruiter.

Helping People

Day to Day

Specifically on a daily basis, I could be doing any of the following: speaking with managers who are hiring about new roles, candidates, in process, discussing details of interview process; speaking with candidates to screen them for a role, review resumes, help candidates prepare for onsite interviews, declining candidates who will not be advancing within our process; answering lots of emails from the various candidates I have in process and the various hiring managers I work for.

Advice for Getting Started
