A great day would be when I can use data to solve an issue that an associate is having by taking the stress off of their shoulders and making a process easier for them. It would also involve helping to recruit amazing candidates to the organization by showing them how the company supports associates' outside interests like community service and volunteering.

To take on leadership roles either in school extracurricular activities or within community organizations, or start your own organization and recruit and lead a team!
