As an associate relations consultant I assist any one that reaches out with a concern or question about policies and procedures. I do this by taking calls and emails from associates. A great day for me is meeting with associates that I can help resolve questions and concerns about their work, quickly and easily. I also have a staff of four people and enjoy coaching and developing them.
