Greenfield Parks and Recreation - City of Greenfield

My work is seasonal based. During the school year, I help manage a preschool, art programs, dance programs, kids sports, and much more. Summer has some of that and hiring our Pool Staff, and managing our Summer Day Camp (plus more). Winter has Indoor sports, dance, preschool, art, and some other programs here and there. Basically, I handle every aspect of every program that Greenfield Parks and Recreation does. If I do not do it myself, then I need to hire others to do it - EX: Umpires


Tasks & Responsibilities May Include

  • Enforce rules and regulations of recreational facilities to maintain discipline and ensure safety.
  • Organize, lead, and promote interest in recreational activities, such as arts, crafts, sports, games, camping, and hobbies.
  • Assess the needs and interests of individuals and groups and plan activities accordingly, given the available equipment or facilities.
  • Manage the daily operations of recreational facilities.
  • Administer first aid according to prescribed procedures and notify emergency medical personnel when necessary.
