How Leaders Describe a Typical Day at Work

Records and Information Management Consultant ,

Travelers

My typical day involves a heavy amount of auditing departments on their compliance status as well as looking into which record inventories can and should be destroyed. In these processes there is a lot of pre-meeting research into what retention schedules a group may have and what changes have come up. This is info is brought into a number of meetings throughout the day and is specific to each group that I meet with. On the tail end, we track everything for auditing needs.

Senior Process Manager ,

I review requirements that the company has to comply with, think about what we can do to implement those directions in the process, monitor the teams that are working to fulfill those processes and work to improve the quality and speed of how we get that done.
