My road in life has taken me all over.
I started my career as a high school teacher—I taught technology education, industrial arts, and woodworking.
I taught for eight years before leaving to start a photography business with a friend, where I managed marketing and sales.
I spent four years with the company and then moved to join Flambeau, Inc., a plastics manufacturing company.
I worked at Flambeau for 17 years, starting as a training manager and working my way up to CEO, heading different departments along the way, including human resources, training, accounting, and IT.
After 17 years, I joined Kruger Family Industries, a manufacturing conglomerate, to help with their efforts to merge two former competing divisions, Penda and TriEnda, into one company.
