My road in life has taken me all over.
Immigrated before 18, married the first time at 19, first child 21, second child 26, divorced 28, lost my mother 31
Took 7 years to earn my bachelor's degree
Promoted to first leadership role at 21, thanks to another strong Black woman who believed in my potential.
Went into a business and a space I knew very little about.
In 11 years was promoted 3 times
Married the love of my life
Both daughters graduate college
