Helping People

Day to Day

Having nine people report to me is like conducting an orchestra. I'm consistently working with various team members to help them strategize and execute their plan, and to remove hurdles in their way. I'm also working with our Sr Leadership team to ensure they know what's occurring on the sales front so they can best manage their area of our business.

Advice for Getting Started

Here's the first step for everyone

Talk to as many people as possible that work in that field. Learn from their experience. Place cold calls if needed to introduce yourself and explain why you want to talk with them. Keep it brief. Make sure you are respectful of their time. Most people are willing to share their experiences and tell their story.
