Write every day! I've taken multiple writing classes where I share my work and have received multiple compliments. Do what you love, but not necessarily for a career.
Experiences and challenges that shaped me
The college I chose to attend right after high school was a terrible fit. I transferred after one year and lost some credits, so I did an extra semester, but it was worth it to find a school that fit me—not the other way around.
