Day to Day
A typical day for me involves looking at our registration and staying updated on our numbers. Coordinating our numbers with the venue to ensure we have ample seating and food. I'm also working with our graphic designer to proof our printing such as posters and programs. In addition, if it's an awards ceremony, I'm working with our awards vendor checking proofs and making sure awards have the desired name, company, etc.
