There are no two days that look alike in this business. Of course, there's the day-to-day operations of any business. But, what I enjoy most is helping people solve problems, feel good about the decisions they have made concerning their insurance needs and the challenge of putting together projects for unusual insurance situations.
Advice for Getting Started
Here's the first step for high school students
Start by talking to their local agent. Ask them how they started. See how they can help you. I would guess that all agencies know who to contact to help you get started. Who knows...the person you are talking to may just be your next boss.
