Milestones

My road in life has been direct.

I started out mowing yards as a young teen. My parents provided all our needs, But, we had to supply our wants.

When I turned 16 I started working at our local grocery Store.

I kept working there, finished high school and started college. I planned to be a school teacher.

About 1 year into college I was promoted at the same job to Asst Mgr.

I changed my college major to marketing and management.

I was promoted to Store Director and managed 4 different location in our company. During this time I got married and had 2 children.

I worked 30 years for the same company. I worked hard for them and they took care me and my family

I was recruited by a community friend into the insurance business. I have been in this career for just under a year and it has been a great change.

Arrive 30 minutes before the office opens to catch up on emails or voicemails before the phone starts ringing. Follow through with scheduled appointments, and set new appointments. I can leave early or work late depending on my production for the day. I try to finish up everything on my desk each day that can be completed.
