My road in life took a while to figure out.

Having a horrible first interview and not getting the job!
Getting the call that I got my first teaching job but then finding out that it was not in the grade level or area I wanted. I then had to get certified in a different teaching field.

I make time each day to visit with students about attendance, behavior, and course work. I make sure to meet with all students at different times of the school to make sure they are meeting goals so that they have a plan for after high school. Providing equity and access for all students is what drives my daily schedule.
