Day to Day

I do my best to have the next day planned out before I leave. First thing I do in the morning is assess the workflow in my area and delegate tasks to my team members to be completed. I am always thinking 2-3 steps ahead to ensure smooth flow of materials and manpower.

Here's the first step for middle school students

My first experience with welding was as an 8th grader in Agriculture class. Take vocational welding in High School.
