Milestones
My road in life has taken me all over.
2005 I started the ROP (Regional Occupational Program) in high school.
2006 I switched sites but returned once more to Taco Bell as an ROP student.
2007 I was hired soon after graduating high school.
2008 I was made Cleaning Captain.
2015 I was promoted to shift lead.
2016 we were developed by our above store leaders to take on AGM tasks.
August 2016 I was promoted to RGM.

My work consists of ensuring customer satisfaction in every visit, empowering my managers to empower our staff to achieve this through coaching and positive feedback. I do a lot of observing and coaching to insure we uphold C.O.R.E. fundamentals and F.S.C. fundamentals.
