A great day at work looks like fixing rewards for 50-60 credit card accounts. People redeem when they didn't mean to, or they didn't earn what they should have, or some other problem comes up. We investigate and fix what we can.

Here's the first step for professionals
Talk to everyone you can! Networking is the most important skill when you're looking to transition into (or out of) any job. It's not what you know, but who you know. That is so true.
