Advice for Getting Started
Here's the first step for college students
Look for an opportunity to get involved with a technology company and understand it's supply chain and quality challenges. The quality issues are not isolated to inside the 4 walls of any product related company. While product quality starts in the design element, the components used in manufacturing now come from the far reaches of the world and can suffer huge swings in consistency and reliability. Be willing to look at opportunities that may seem outside your core education.
