The most important thing is to look into business management and also if you love talking and working with people and enjoy helping others then looking in ways to be creative is great as well.

My of my family said I shouldn't go to college. I over came this by realizing that you should do what you want and makes you happy. No one else walks in your shoes. Also family who do not go to college do not know what it is like.

A student would see me helping each and every customer with receiving inbound calls to deescalate the calls and provide them with resolutions for a more positive outcome. Providing customer advocacy with thinking outside of the box to create a situation that helps a customer out of a difficult situation in any I can.
