Day to Day

Being able to accomplish several goals within one day across multiple areas of he job. This could be completing annual reviews on some properties and ensuring they are able to maintain the goal of providing affordable housing or working towards process improvements within my broader team. It's most rewarding when a process improvement has been completed and can be presented to the team and receive feedback.

Dont be afraid to take an entry level position as the affordable housing and real estate businesses have a lot of complexity.
