First thing in the morning, we turn on our laptops and we check how far along we are to complete our work for the month. Depending on which lines of businesses need our attention, is where we start. We pull calls for the day and start monitoring them. As the call plays we have another window open with the check list question, grading it accordingly. Sometimes we attend meetings to update us on any changes.

Advice for Getting Started

Here's the first step for high school students

Start as soon as you turn 18. Research behavioral interview questions and practice with a friend. Sometimes taking baby steps to get your foot in the door at a company is necessary. In other words, you can start in another department and as you gain your experience you can reach any occupation you would like.
