The first thing they would see is a pile of paper work. They would also see many emails for travel requests, purchasing orders and p-card transactions.
Advice for Getting Started
Here's the first step for college students
It is important to be out in the community, especially the environment you would like to work in. It is hard to pick through a stack of 300 applicants but if they know your name and you have done a good job in the past or are personal, you are more likely to get the job.
