A typical day involves fielding sales phone calls, writing proposals, meeting with clients, supervising our design and development team, reviewing creative designs and wireframes, sourcing new talent, and generally growing the business.
Advice for Getting Started
Here's the first step for high school students
Learn how to design and code on your own. Some of the best employees including myself are self taught. Even if you have a degree, they often times lack real world knowledge and experience. Teaching yourself powerful skills such as how to design in photoshop or illustrator, and code in various languages will ensure you always have a job and never have to look for work.
