Milestones
My road in life took a while to figure out.
Worked in a restaurant because I had a child at 18.
Continued in my career, working my way to General Manager.
Stayed with the company while they helped me relocate across the country, one of my dreams.
Years later, I took a chance and joined my new company in a work at home role.
I quickly moved from Ops Manager to Process Manager.

Being Creative
Day to Day
I work from home, virtually! I spend my time taking conference calls, and working independently. I meet with folks to learn about their needs, and then create processes to help manage these needs. I also spend a lot of my time being creative, and making design elements in Photoshop.
Advice for Getting Started
Here's the first step for college students
Become proficient in process management, taking certifications as they become available. Seek out opportunities with companies that would likely benefit from ongoing process management needs.
