Answer a help desk calls to resolve a technical problem for a probation officer. Document a step by step procedure for entering data into the system. Create a screenshot of a new screen using Visio. Create a spreadsheet creating a road map for the programmers to follow in developing the software. Present the ideas using Visio and PowerPoint to the stakeholders.
Advice for Getting Started
Here's the first step for college students
Study computer science. Also math and writing and public speaking. You need to be able to clearly express your thoughts both verbally and in writing.
