We start each day with our agile team stand-up. This is where the teams discuss the work they did yesterday and the work they will be doing today. I will share any new intent or hot topics that need to be discussed with my teams. I will spend time "grooming" stories with my business systems analyst (BSA) to prepare the work that the teams will be completing over the next two weeks or Sprint as we call it. I will spend time discussing future intent with other POs and Intent executives.
