Day to Day
A great day starts with a morning huddle with the whole team in which we plan our activities for the day and go over any initiatives we might have. Follow that with one on one time spent with the members of the team to set the agenda individually and ensure we are making the most of every interaction with a client. We would then help clients with everything from debit card replacement to planning for the future and sitting with our financial advisor. We would end our day debriefing with staff.
