Day to Day

For the most part my days start with a vigorous huddle. Reviewing the previous day's performance as it relates to our goals. Lots of recognition to those who delivered on the "focus of the day" on the previous day. I'd also inform the team how we are doing in regards to our goals and set a focus for the current day. I'd look to meet and greet as many new and existing clients as possible. I will also meet with at least two of my associates for development meetings and strategy planning.
