My first management job - reinforced that it really is about surrounding yourself with great people.
Relocating - it was scary, take a chance!

Advice for Getting Started

Here's the first step for middle school students

Someone once told me you can never speak / write / read enough in a professional setting. Do that, and find ways to connect with people. I think that will help in all aspects of life.
