Defining Moments
How I responded to discouragement
THE NOISE
Messages from Teachers:
Because you were not a straight A student you would not be able to go to a great school so you will not be able to be a leader.
How I responded:
I continue to believe that if you trust in yourself and follow your heart you will be successful. Take all of that negative noise and channel it to challenge yourself to keep being consistent on your path. Use it as fuel so when you get tired you have a fire to pull from.
Experiences and challenges that shaped me
