Milestones

My road in life has taken me all over.
I struggled with addiction from a young age—my parents warned me that I could die of heart disease or cancer and that I should do something about it if I wanted to continue with my lifestyle.
I began researching healthy lifestyles and discovered that peppers were incredibly beneficial for our health.
Realizing that peppers wouldn’t make me money, I graduated from college and started my career in the finance industry.
I kept struggling with addiction for a long time but eventually went to rehab and got clean.
I was still working in the finance industry but started working with peppers on the side.
When I moved to South Carolina, I started growing peppers in my yard, creating salsa and hot sauce from those peppers, and selling them at farmers markets.
I created PuckerButt Pepper Company, through which I created and sold pepper mash in bulk.
I ultimately left the bank I worked for and put my all into my company—we struggled to stay afloat at first but eventually found success and even have a pepper recognized by Guinness World Records!
Keep following my journey

Advice for Getting Started

Here's the first step for everyone

Stop listening to your head and start listening to your heart and gut instead. When trying to figure out what you're meant to be doing, ask the question, stay quiet, and listen. Meditation is key. You have to be quiet and open in order to feel the lead. Don't listen to the world around you or anyone or anything that says, "You need to do this."
