I began to be interested in kinesiology and also started working towards my fitness goals, which I did achieve through hard work and commitment.

A typical day looks like setting up my schedule for the day and also organizing my appointments with my customers for the day. I also organize a healthy diet for my customers to help benefit them throughout their fitness journey.

Did you face any criticism from friends or family on your path to becoming a personal trainer?

My leader said that her family would often try and persuade her to work in field connected to business. She also said that some of her peers were skeptical of her becoming a personal trainer and some did not believe in her.

What is your favorite part of being a personal trainer?

She said that her favorite part of being a physical trainer is seeing her customers reach their goals. She also said that her other favorite part of being a physical trainer is seeing her customers do something that they couldn't do in the past.

My leader said that she recommends to get a training certificate so we can start training others early. She also recommended this so we can figure out what type of training we enjoy doing.
