As in most positions these days, the one constant in my typical day is that there is more to do than time available. This promotes me to start and end each day with assessing the priorities and choosing where and how to invest my time. As part of a leadership team, I spend most of my time collaborating with my peers to help influence our strategic execution. I also take advantage of the opportunities that exist to actively engage in fostering our culture of diversity & inclusive leadership.
