Advice for Getting Started
Here's the first step for high school students
Don't be afraid to go outside the box and take risks. As long as they aren't stupid risks, you should be fine. Don't be afraid to get creative and to find out new techniques and new ways of doing things. Find out what skills you aren't proficient in and practice those skills.
