My days are full of problem-solving meetings with team members and other partners. I guide my team in setting and implementing strategic goals all in support of our mission. The Texas OnCourse team includes professionals in marketing, business strategy, product management and college & career advising. Meetings may cover how to, improve our online career exploration game, create a 'cool and helpful' website for our users, create revenue and balance our budget, or attract new partner interest.
