I manage a food department in a hospital.
Patients getting their meals according to their prescribed diets. You would observe alot of food production on a large scale, this means items being prepared for same day and items prepared for the next day. You would observe employees getting their meals in our cafeteria.
Here's the first step for high school students
Get a job in your local hospital or nursing home and work in the food department to get a feel for the atmosphere.
