First we would prepare the day at work; check the news and verify systems are set up and running to start taking calls. After that we will start taking calls and resolving customers requests interacting with them in a personal way and providing a professional first high quality experience.

Skills & Qualities Beyond School

Communication skills are great to be empathetic with customers and Call Center experience will help navigating the computer and the telephone system.
