Day to Day

I manage a team of specialized mortgage loan officers who work with non-profit organizations to layer grants and subsidies onto first lien mortgage loans for LMI individuals. I do a lot of troubleshooting on customer files and build market strategies for our footprint.

Advice for Getting Started

Here's the first step for high school students

Communication and articulating thoughts in a diplomatic way is the most important to achieve success as a people manager. I did spend 2 years in college and studied writing and psychology. These two skills have helped me reach where I am right now.
