A great day for me is when a project faces a technical challenge and by bringing the right people together to work collaboratively and creatively, we solve the problem and keep moving forward. I love knowing that by being proactive and engaging a great team, we can solve problems quickly. Most projects are set up for success by proactive planning, scheduling and follow up, but surprises always happen.

Advice for Getting Started

Here's the first step for high school students

Explore opportunities inside and outside of school. Computer science classes, but also local STEM fairs and events. Programs outside of school such as Girls Who Code.
