My role is very fulfilling, my duties are to develop the Associates under me and to manage their quality and efficiency. I also head up the volunteers event for my department here in Delaware and assist in the hiring and recruiting of new employees.

Advice for Getting Started

Here's the first step for high school students

There are many distractions when you are attending high school. Most of your friends will be following a path far different from the one you many want to choose. When I started out I had no job prospects and no connections. What helped me get to where I am now was the realization that I would need to start at the bottom, pay my dues and work my way up. Don't be afraid to start off in an entry level position, everyone starts there. Also be open to the people who will interview you.
