My path in life has been direct
1.
Needed a part time job, and spoke to friend who was a teller at a nearby bank. Always had an interest.
2.
Began working as a part time teller. Took every opportunity to learn something new from Lead Tellers.
3.
After spending time as a Lead teller, I began shadowing the relationship bankers and learning their role.
4.
Transitioned into a Banker role. Understood and exceeded the expectations of branch set goals.
5.
I began to shadow the Branch manager and volunteered for opportunities which would help in growth.
6.
Promoted to Branch Manager. I have adopted an experienced mentor to assist in being great in my role.

Raised by single parent with 2 other siblings. Once I was old enough, I took a part time job and saved what I could. I curbed my spending.
