A great day at Capital One is when every customer that I see at the teller line or at my desk leaves satisfied and more knowledgeable about their finances. If a student was to shadow me, they would see me processing both consumer and business transactions such as deposits, withdrawals, or credit card payments. They would also see me providing a full range of banking services such as opening accounts, researching and answering customers inquires, and providing financial counseling.
