Day to Day

A great day at work for me begins by having a meeting with my staff to discuss what objectives we want to accomplish for the day. We then put a plan in place for what each associate is responsible for. Throughout the day we help our customers with a lot of important banking needs. An example is a customer that needs to open up a checking account so they can use a debit card to make their purchases. Another example is a customer that would like some help regarding planning their retirement.

Advice for Getting Started

Make sure that you get a job that will help you further your experience in this field. A place where you are given goals to achieve and your performance is measured would be ideal. Also, having interactions with customers and being a part of a team are very important too.
