I come in and talk to my team to make sure that everyone is ready to start the day on a good note. I conduct a small meeting to either go over important things or to focus on a specific product or task. I follow up on anything that was outstanding to ensure things clear in a timely manner. I pull new accounts, contracts and anything else that needs my approval. In the meantime I ensure that customers are taken care of with the most exceptional service.
Advice for Getting Started
Here's the first step for college students
Work on time management and detail orientation. I recommend classes related to human resources, psychology, human capital and any other classes that may relate to working with people. Also, classes that help you with Excel and Spreadsheets because it's also good to know how to organize all the information you're given.
