My road in life took a while to figure out.
Born in Newark, NJ and grew up on the border in a high crime area in Irvington, NJ.
Studied at Kean University where I connected with my wonderful wife.
Took a leap of faith and joined Capital One in 2010 and never looked back.
Decided to switch to a Universal Banker role to continue my career path at Capital One.

For me, a great day involves me constantly producing activity and handling service-related issues. I start out by actively participating or leading our morning meeting. After that, I assist with the morning rush of customers, whether that means helping customers on the banker or teller side, depending on who needs help the most at the moment. Then throughout the day, I split my time between assisting customers in the lobby and making outbound calls to set appointments.

The most important 1st step for someone looking to pursue a position as a Universal Banker is to define a path for yourself. This position is so flexible and the opportunities for growth are limitless.
