I act like a cheer leader when things are not going our way to help the team regain focus. When things go well, I lead the celebration. I help the team get better by recognizing what each person is good at and giving them the opportunity to shine in that area.

Here's the first step for high school students
Think about who you are. Compare your characteristics and personality to what is required for the job. It's a great field for those who possess the passion to patiently motivate, teach and inspire.
