My road in life took a while to figure out.
Developed a love for technology innovation.
Began looking into different fields within communications and technology.
I thought about getting into social services and maybe running a foster care group home.
Had some difficulty when I was in middle school and high school as I was having issues.
Left my immediate family to stay with close relatives due to problems within the house.
Realized that I wasn't going in the direction that I had originally wanted to go.
Enrolled in my classes as an IT technician.
Completed my courses through Cisco Systems. I was fully certified and started my work.

Day to Day

My job consists of basic hardware and software troubleshooting, fixing screens on phones, unlocking the OS's, processing phone purchases and listing new ones in the database.

"You should go to a university or nice fancy college like your cousins. Why don't you go to university instead of a trade school? Why don't you get a steady job that pays salary? You need to get a job so that you have something to fall back on."
