Day to Day

Well, I am now "retired" from day to day work. When I was working most my days at Starbucks were filled with helping, coaching and encouraging people. I did all of my paperwork at night at home.

Advice for Getting Started

Here's the first step for high school students

Get really interested in something that fills your soul. Something you really love to be part of. For me it was the retail industry. Why? Because I love people and retail is all about people. Become an expert on yourself, what your values are, what your present mission in life is and then become an expert on people. Why we do what we do. Learn to listen first and talk second. Become a great asker of questions and listen with your whole brain.
